Terms & Conditions

By creating a profile or using Pizzino, you agree to these Terms and the End User License Agreement.

01 — The service

Pizzino is a messaging service where messages are intended to be deleted automatically 24 hours after they are sent. A nickname is used to access the service. Nicknames do not guarantee that users are who they claim to be.

02 — Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pizzino. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You can report a message or block a user from the chat interface. Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may include content removal, access suspension, account deletion or referral to authorities when required.

05 — Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you send and for protecting your device and access. Do not share passwords, financial information, precise home addresses or other highly sensitive information. Do not attempt to bypass safety features or interfere with the service.

06 — Availability and termination

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, abuse or legal requirements.

07 — Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michele Berardi is not liable for user-generated content, user conduct or losses resulting from interactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

08 — Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication of updated terms means you accept them.
