Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pizzino processes profile information, messages and technical records needed to operate and protect the chat service.
01 — Data processed
- Your chosen nickname or internal user identifier.
- Messages and other content submitted in chat.
- Device or push-notification tokens when notifications are enabled.
- Reports, blocks and moderation records.
- Technical logs such as app version, operating-system version, timestamps, IP address and error information.
02 — Why we process it
We use this information to deliver messages, operate chat rooms, send notifications, delete messages according to app rules, process reports and blocks, prevent abuse, debug failures and protect users.
03 — Firebase
Pizzino uses Firebase and related Google services for app functionality, storage, technical logs and security. Google processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell data or use it for advertising tracking.
04 — Retention
Messages are intended to be deleted automatically 24 hours after sending. Technical, moderation, report and security records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce rules, comply with law or protect users. Backup deletion may take additional time.
05 — Your choices
You can block users and report content inside the app. Where available, use Settings → Delete account and data. You may also request access or deletion by emailing us with the nickname and approximate dates needed to locate the records.
06 — Safety, children and security
Pizzino is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We use encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is completely secure. Do not send highly sensitive personal information through the service.
