End User License Agreement

This agreement grants you a limited license to use Pizzino on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

01 — License

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Pizzino in accordance with these terms, the App Store usage rules and applicable law.

02 — Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, rent, decompile or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the app for surveillance, harassment, illegal activity or distribution of prohibited content.

03 — User-generated content

You are responsible for content you submit. Pizzino does not pre-approve every message but may remove content, restrict access and act on reports to protect users and comply with law.

04 — Apple

This agreement is between you and Michele Berardi, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

05 — Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

06 — Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate the agreement. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the app.
