01 — In Short

We build simple apps. Some apps do not ask for personal information. Some apps process content you provide, such as chat messages, photos, or anonymous chat logs, so the app can function. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

02 — Apps Covered

PokeGPT / Poke AI

PokeGPT is a chat app. When you send a message or, if supported, attach a photo, the app sends that content to our server and then to OpenAI's API to generate a reply. The reply is then returned to you in the app.

PokeGPT does not ask you to create an account, and it does not intentionally collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, calendar, or location. It may use an anonymous device identifier to enforce free monthly usage limits and keep conversations coherent.

NY Marathon App

The NY Marathon app is intended as an informational or utility app. It does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal data. We do not intentionally collect location, contacts, health data, or payment information through this app.

Pizzino

Pizzino is an anonymous chat app. It does not require users to provide their real identity, but anonymous does not mean no data is processed. Chat messages and technical logs may be stored in Firebase so the app can function, prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain safety.

03 — Data We May Collect

What We Do Not Intentionally Collect

04 — How We Use Data

We do not sell your messages, photos, logs, or technical data. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

05 — Third Parties

OpenAI

For PokeGPT, we send the text of your message and any photo you choose to attach to OpenAI's API so OpenAI can generate the reply shown in the app. According to OpenAI's API data controls, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI processes data under its own policies.

OpenAI policies: Privacy Policy and API Data Controls.

Firebase / Google

Pizzino may use Firebase or related Google services to store anonymous chat logs, technical logs, and app functionality data. Firebase data is used to operate the app, debug issues, prevent abuse, and support safety.

Apple

Apple may process App Store downloads, purchases, crash reports, analytics, and device-level information according to Apple's own privacy practices and the settings you choose on your Apple device.

06 — Retention

We keep data only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the apps, keep features working, enforce limits, investigate bugs or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or respond to deletion requests.

PokeGPT conversation content may be stored on our server for context, support, limit enforcement, and debugging. Pizzino anonymous logs may be stored in Firebase for functionality, safety, and abuse prevention. If practices change, we will update this policy.

07 — Your Choices

Because some apps do not use accounts, we may need information such as the app name, approximate date of use, anonymous device identifier if available, or enough context to locate the relevant records.

08 — Children's Privacy

These apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

09 — Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted transport and access-restricted infrastructure, to protect the data described here. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 — Changes

If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we will update the effective date on this page. When appropriate, we may also note significant changes in app release notes.
