Terms of Use

By downloading or using PokeGPT, you agree to these terms.

01 — Service

PokeGPT provides AI-generated chat responses through third-party services, including OpenAI. The service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.

02 — AI limitations

You may not use the app to violate laws, harm others, generate abusive or illegal material, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits or attempt unauthorized access.

04 — Your content

You retain responsibility for the messages and images you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content and understand it must be processed to generate a response.

05 — Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Michele Berardi is not liable for decisions, losses or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated output, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

06 — Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.

07 — Changes

We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
