01 — Informational service

FiveBoroRun provides estimates and planning information for marathon spectators. It is not an official New York Road Runners or New York City Marathon app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NYRR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 — Estimates are not guarantees

03 — Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited, misuse information or represent the app as an official race service.

04 — Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michele Berardi is not liable for missed runners, transportation delays, route changes, closures or decisions based on app estimates.

05 — Apple terms and updates

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to applicable Apple terms. We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use means you accept the revised version.
