Privacy Policy

FiveBoroRun is an informational race-day utility designed to help spectators plan where they may see a runner during the New York City Marathon.

01 — Data collection

FiveBoroRun does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location. The app does not intentionally collect, store or sell personal information.

02 — App functionality

Information you enter to use race-planning features is processed on your device and is not used to identify you. FiveBoroRun does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics.

03 — External services

If the app opens an external map, transit resource or website, that third party may process data under its own privacy policy. FiveBoroRun does not control third-party services.

04 — Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no account or personal profile is required, users should avoid entering sensitive information into any optional text field.

05 — Changes and contact

If app functionality changes and data collection becomes necessary, this policy will be updated before the new processing begins. Questions can be sent to hello@micheleberardi.com.
