By using CityRail, you agree to these terms.
01 — Informational service
CityRail displays transit schedules, live arrivals, service alerts and route information supplied by transit agencies and data providers. It is an independent app and is not an official NJ Transit, MTA or PATH application.
02 — No guarantee
Departures, arrivals, alerts and travel times may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm critical trips with the relevant transit agency and posted station information.
03 — Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, misuse its data or represent CityRail as an official transit authority service.
04 — Liability and changes
The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigmike LLC and Michele Berardi are not liable for missed trains, delays, route changes or decisions based on transit data. These terms may be updated as the app changes.
