01 — Information the app uses

CityRail does not require an account and does not send your name, email address, phone number or precise location to the developer. If you grant permission, the app uses your device location only on the device to choose a nearby default station. You can deny or revoke location permission in iOS Settings.

02 — Transit information

The app requests schedule, arrival, route and service-alert information from transit data services. Route choices, cached results and reminder preferences are processed locally on your device and are not used to identify you.

03 — Notifications and external services

If you enable a train reminder, the notification is scheduled on your device. Transit agencies and external websites have their own privacy practices when you open their services.

04 — Changes and contact

If a future feature requires personal-data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that processing begins. Questions can be sent to hello@micheleberardi.com.
